    Specs - DJI Mavic 3 Enterprise - DJI Enterprise (basically same beacon electronics as Mavic 3 Enterprise)

    The Mavic 2 Enterprise beacon is advertised for 5000 meter visibility which is over the 3 miles. And the Mavic 3 Enterprise beacon is as bright if not brighter. So it does meet FAA requirements.
