But what will be the case if I'm not flying near any structure (e.g. 700' tower)? For instance, like a forest or national park?

Hi everyone, Is 700 ft above ground still the maximum flying altitude allowed by the FAA to operate an UAS under a COA for remote sensing? Will a different waiver be required to fly above that limit (e.g. 1600 ft above ground ), but within a 50 meters horizontal radius?
