Trying to determine if I (the company) needs a 333 exemption or if they have been replaced by 107. I tried a search of the forms and got this message

The following words were not included in your search because they are too short, too long, or too common: 333

The flying will be for agricultural purposes, i.e. field boundaries, crop inspection, etc. I don’t anticipate night flying and the majority of the flying will be in uncontrolled airspace.

If I understand the info in THIS FAA VIDEO it sounds like I need just to adhere to 107

As always thanks in advance for your help.

333 Exemptions are still valid but only for things that can NOT be done under Part 107. If everything you need/want to do can possibly be done (with waivers etc) under Part 107 you won't get approval for a 333.

For the record, 333 are a lot of work not only to get but to maintain. They still require a pilot's license, lots of documentation, and they have a lot of extra stipulations attached.
