First restricted use airspace authorization

It took three and a half months but I finally got 6 months in a limited area.

I was really just testing the waters in this airspace. Three and a half months is a bit long to wait. And it doesn't appear that KAPF is going to participate in the upcoming LAANC additions.

I had to wait 145 days for my last batch down in the south east region. Yours sounds not so bad!

I must have gotten lucky. On March 9th I received an authorization that I had requested on January 7th - so, about 60 days. And this was for a wide-area authorization for Dallas' DFW airport's Class B airspace. I had heard they weren't approving Class B wide-area authorizations but obviously that's not true. It seems each region has different processing times. Enjoy your flying freedom!
