At what AGL do fly to do video of construction sites. I will be flying a construction site of a new building. It is at just the foundation stage now.

There is no set AGL, depending on the situation and desires of the contractor (staying within FAA guidelines).

Thanks for reply. I am figuring will stay max 75 AGL. It's 100' AGL controlled airspace
