Best they could use was Phantoms? Or am I missing something? Shoot down a Reaper then we can talk.

Our U.S. Navy used lasers to take down Scan Eagle UAV’s several years ago. 2016 IIRC. The same method could down a Reaper. It’s not unreasonable to figure the Israeli’s have taken things several steps further since then as they have been, and still are, the leaders in UAV technology.
