Hello Everyone,
My name is John J. Reynolds, I am the 37 year old owner of a small business named Andromeda Media Solutions,LLC, or simply DBA: AMS. I graduated with Computer Networking and after brief stay working as a Jr. Networking Engineer, I decided to leave, and then quickly obtained my Conn Real Estate Lisence. Now as a Realtor, 17 years ago went to become an agent a Prudential CT Realty, at the age of 20 (one of youngest in CT).
At my age, I knew noone buying a home. So I cold-called previously expired listings, so I niched my market to specialize on selling those types of listings. Find out why, in a great market (2002-2008) the agent could not sell? Again now, this was the hight of the real estae bubble and anyone could get a mortgage.
Not even money, I found out that these agents sometimes didnt out more than 1 picture up, or no detailed description. So I simply did the opposite lol! We measured rooms, filled out all fields, AND MOST IMPORTANTLY we took amazing all around media to super expose the home. Adding new info, so then the listing gets emailed out again, again, and again. Then on 2010, the market had a recession and I left being a full time Realtor.
Not to make my too long, years later now managing a team of insurance agents, but always wanting to work with creativity too. Those dreams never left! Unfortunately, it took a Personal Disaster to get me to follow thise dreams again.
Om Christmas day 2016. Early in the morning, my ex girlfriend now left for work. About an hour later I left to go spend the holiday with my sister and family at her house. Around 3PM, my cell rigs and it is WHFD, and they wanted me to come back eight away because my place jad a bad fire.
So I went back home and to my horror, yes my place was decimated. A lot of her stuff but my closet with all my work cloths, and everything else in closet was smashed, in puddles, thrown around, sogged, smelled, etc.
So in Jan 2017, I decided to open AMS, with the idea to have great customer service, creativity, and the best all around DSP here in the CT area.
