It’s not whether I think it’s OK or not. That’s how the free market system works and you’re never ever gonna change it. Supply and demand as long as there’s an ample supply of beginners it’s gonna stay that way.

There is no problem that’s how the free market works. If they can’t find a job for better than $30 an hour then that’s the job they should work.
It’s up to the individual to get a skill that’s worth more than $30 an hour not simply demand it...
I don’t understand your thinking. It’s a free market the way free markets work if somebody is willing to do work for a certain price then that becomes the price.
By my standards you’re under priced I don’t leave the door for under $100 an hour...
