    For some reason, most people seem to be fixated on accuracy, as if 2 cm or 10 cm makes a big difference. This is not survey work so why all the stress about accuracy, I do not know.

    I think that the intention is to target the movie industry, since that can be very disruptive, as those here well know from the filming of swordfish, what a fiasco that was. but more to your point, the ordinance is not very clear about commercial video production.

    Maximum wind speed for flight (DJI Mini 3 Pro)

    I do not fly in any real wind condition, 13 to 15 mph is my average limit, not due to skill set since my drone basically flies itself, but because of possible gust and my surveys take longer to do and are not nice to look at.
