    I got this figured out. You cannot just have Bluetooth on. You need to open your devices Bluetooth app and toggle it until it goes into pairing mode and finds your camera.

    Can someone tell me what android tablet they use on the flir app with a flir vue app ? This is not about the correct usb port. The app has a bug. My galaxy note 10 finds the camera but won't connect. flir told me to try a different phone. I tried an android tablet. Same result, different error...
