I do always use a VO due to the nature of my flights. Under part 107 we can fly here correct? there is not waver required? Thanks

So i am attempting to do some surveying under part 107 in alert area A-211 in Alabama. The B4 U Fly app has instructed that we should not launch here. If i remember correctly, we can fly here but we must use caution. Help me remember please. The area in question is shown below in the red circle.
