    I’ve got an Authorization expiring in April. Sent in request to extend it for another 6 months back in Jan. Hopefully it gets approved as otherwise will need to wait until July rollout for my area. (Southeastern Area, too).

    Two Year Re-Testing?

    I know of home owner associations, who only allow commercial pilots with authorizations to do work on their property, asking to see license. However they would have no idea whether or not it’s expired, as there’s no expiration date indicated on license.

    I submitted two authorization requests, about 2 weeks apart, last August. My first one took 133 days to get approved. I was granted 6 months, on that one, starting with the date it was approved. Actually 6 months, starting on the first of the month following date of approval. The second one...
