Saw this last night from Dronebase

It seems like owner of property wants to see if tenants are taking care of his property. “Do not fly on Holidays or Weekends” because tenant is surely likely to be home. “$50.00” they got to be out of their freakin minds.

Current 107 Pilot With Multiple Questions Regarding Regulations Prior To Filming An Event This Weekend.

Actually there is no failing grade. You have to get 100 and are given 90 minutes to take exam and fix your wrong answers. If you don’t finish the exam in the 90 minutes than you will have to take the exam all over again in order to get credit for recurrency.

    re: new regs and strobes

I believe if you mount top center you shouldn’t have any issues. This is also the ideal place so that manned aircraft can see the UAV. If you’re flying in hazy conditions or close to objects I’m pretty sure you’ll get bounce back but don’t quote me on this as I’ve never filmed at night with strobes.

    re: new regs and strobes

Affirmative, strobe lights are required as well as recurrent training that includes night operations. You can check out this video that does a comparison of different strobe lights.

DroneShield’s Deployment Results in Arrest at College Football Game

From what I’ve read the drone was not intercepted in mid flight. In fact the drone hovered for a few minutes then flew away.
