Actually there is no failing grade. You have to get 100 and are given 90 minutes to take exam and fix your wrong answers. If you don’t finish the exam in the 90 minutes than you will have to take the exam all over again in order to get credit for recurrency.

I believe if you mount top center you shouldn’t have any issues. This is also the ideal place so that manned aircraft can see the UAV. If you’re flying in hazy conditions or close to objects I’m pretty sure you’ll get bounce back but don’t quote me on this as I’ve never filmed at night with strobes.
Affirmative, strobe lights are required as well as recurrent training that includes night operations.
