I currently use my Business cards and hand them out to anyone and everyone including our State Premiere, got some magnetic car signs late last week and so far will see how they will go, when I'm at a mission I will attach them to the table to advertise. I also have my website that I am always...

I’ve personal used Global Drone Solutions in Perth, for the RePL course in Jan of this year, I have also completed a two day Survey and Mapping course with them and they have also assisted me in getting my ReOC. So no issues that I have found. Found the course to have a good Balance of theory...

    M210 Dual Gimbal Advice

Hi All, A few weeks back I purchased a 2nd camera for my Matrice 210 namely the Zenmuse Z30 to go with the X5S I already have, now I currently only have 8x TB50's and know that I can still use the TB50's for a short period, however it will over time put a strain on the front two motors as the...

FAA- "Report all commercial activity conducted by non-Part 107 licensees to the local FAA FSDO"...

So you can pay $150 USD sit a little test, with no Practical flying experience and then be considered a Chief Pilot?? I’m just blown away, I am now considered a Chief Pilot and can run my own Commercial UAV business as I have both my RPA Remote Operators Certificate and Remote Pilot Licence...

FAA- "Report all commercial activity conducted by non-Part 107 licensees to the local FAA FSDO"...

Wow, I can't believe that you can get a 107 with out any practical exam! As I stated in my last Post you have to have had a minimum of 5 hrs of UAV flights here in Australia, and if you average that to 15 mins [on average] per flight, you then need to complete at least 33.33 flights, and to get...

FAA- "Report all commercial activity conducted by non-Part 107 licensees to the local FAA FSDO"...

Hi All, Been reading this thread and find it very interesting how the FAA certifies Drone/ UAV pilots and administers the Airspace compared to say Australia [where I am living] and New Zealand [where I am from]. CASA who administers all Aviation Airspace and that includes UAV's has a pretty...

Thanks for that, happy I didn’t go for the X7S, as I wasn’t informed by the sales person that it wasn’t compatible with the M210.

    CASA RePL and ReOC

Hell yeah, the course I did had a theory section then a practical session, you got to meet other like minded people and learn off each other. You also buddy up and fly your UAV for one battery and then the other person flys their UAV. Most practical sessions I would go through two batteries on...

Sorry no, was out of my original price range and a bit of overkill. Most UAV business that I personally know use the 4XS with an Inspire 2 and I’ve seen some images and they look amazing and compared to the X5S I have they get even better so no real need for the X7S.

I currently have a DJI Matrice 210 and a mate I meet at our Remote Pilots Licence course this year has a Yuneec Typhoon H Pro which is very similar to the Yuneec H520. We have taken our drones out for flight and compared them. The Yuneec Typhoon h pro has retractable landing gear like the...
