I am a retired GM Engineer and FAA Licensed Commercial Pilot and Flight Instructor. Last year I obtained my 107 Commercial Drone License. Since then, I have been actively flying my Mavic Pro and capturing many great stills and video footage. I obtained a FAA COA to operate locally. I plan to use it within the confines of my operating limitations and also will be filing NOTAMS to assure the local fixed wing aircraft and other drone flyers are aware of my position and altitude.
