Acrefly: DJI gimbal and camera orientation EXIF data

Hello!
I currently use ACREFLY for real estate footage and land for sale. Their software allows you to perfectly locate your images using GIS data, but every time I upload an image they reject it and ask for GIMBAL and CAMERA ORIENTATION metadata. Can anyone advise me on how can I make sure my drone registers correctly gimbal position when shooting? I use Dji Mavic 2 Pro & Mini 3.

Ask them which drones they support. Sounds like they don't have access or there algorithm doesn't know which field to pull from. Same thing happens with photogrammetry software sometimes depending on what drone you are flying.
