Alert Area A-211, Can I Fly or not?

So i am attempting to do some surveying under part 107 in alert area A-211 in Alabama. The B4 U Fly app has instructed that we should not launch here. If i remember correctly, we can fly here but we must use caution. Help me remember please. The area in question is shown below in the red circle.

Alert areas are high traffic operating areas. Around Fort Rucker you can expect to encounter rotorheads in low altitude flight. Both aircraft are responsible for avoiding each other but you more so. A VO would be a good option here.

I do always use a VO due to the nature of my flights. Under part 107 we can fly here correct? there is not waver required?
