Any working with sold by air?

I was recently contacted by sold by air representative and I agreed to sign up and I took a job for them. I completed the job and was trying to upload the zip file to send to them and that's where the difficulty begin. Their file uploader finds the file on my desktop, but it actually will not upload the contents of the file so I must be doing something wrong. If anyone can help me with this I would appreciate it, thank you.

Thanks Big Al I am talking to him and I just received an email about 30 minutes ago I sent the files to him off my Google Drive account and I believe that will work however I cannot figure out how to get them to send and I'm showing no jobs in my queue so it apparently is not taking the information or whatever is I submitted it cuz it still showing the job I did is not done but I'm sure we will get it figured out he has several jobs within 15 minutes of my house so kind of hard to pass those up
