Autel Evo lite 640T Controllers?

I am looking at getting into some Thermal deer recovery and property Surveys for Wildlife management. I really like the autel and I see they offer 2 different smart controllers. Other than the screen is there really any difference? If I ran it to a monitor would I really benefit from the larger controller? OH, And has anyone gotten hands on with the Evo Lite 640t? Thanks!
