Class E Transitional 1200 ft. Floor

Looking for some fog to lift from my brain ... I for the life of me cannot locate any Class Echo transitional with a 1200 ft. floor - (thick blue translucent line) on SkyVector's sectionals. Can someone help?

I thought these were way more common, but maybe they've been dying off since I first learned about them in pilot training back in 2000. The first one I could find is south of BLH (just type BLH in the skyvector search box). The area is a complicated mess of airspaces (restricted, MOA, wildlife refuge, but hopefully it gives you some idea). I believe a 1,200 ft Class E floor would exist on the soft side of the blue vignette.
