DJI Mavic 3 RID Activation

I received a new Mavic 3 Multispectral (M3M) drone today. I updated all of the firmware. In the process of registering the drone, I went to look up the RID S/N and only the Aircraft S/N shows up. Am I missing a step to activate the aircraft RID?

The serial number is the RID serial number. They are the same thing.
