DJI Maviv 3 Multispectral

I cannot work how to set the GSD separately or is it changed by altering the Alt also the Terrain Following seems to be only working at Alt of 80 and I want it lower, or am I just being a little well obvious.

GSD can be changed with your altitude. A lower altitude has a lower GSD.
Also GSD will be different with different cameras on the sUAS as they will have different sensor specifications that will affect it.

For the DJI Mavic 3 Multispectral drone, what is the pixel size of the 5MP multispectral cameras?

Raptor: According to DJI, the pixel size is:

RGB: 3.3μm
Multispectral: 2.0μm
