DJI's Phantom Drones May Be Blocked From U.S. in Trade Spat

That's just a claim and they are unlikely to get it.
Autel wants the U.S. International Trade Commission to ban imports of models of DJI’s Phantom, Mavic, Spark and Inspire drones made in China by DJI, according to a complaint filed in Washington on Thursday.
Autel, which says it designs and makes its drones in the U.S.

If Autel actually said that, it would be lying.
They have a small marketing operation located in Washington state and may have some design people there as well but the drones are made in China, the same as all (or almost all) other drones are.
Autel Intelligent Technology Co., Ltd is Chinese Registered Company head quartered in Shenzhen.
They previously tried to launch drones under the brand name Maxaero.

Autel, ... contends in the complaint that excluding DJI drones from the U.S. “is likely to improve competitive conditions” in the market by providing opportunities for others, including Autel, Yuneec International Co. and Parrot SA.
If they could, no doubt it would improve competitive conditions for them and the other mentioned companies because none have been able to come up with products to match the competitor they would love to eliminate through the legal system since they are unable to compete by creating superior products or even match DJI's offerings.
