Existing Service Agreement

So I went to a pretty well known lawyer in my area to try and draw up a service contract for mapping and he is not at all familiar with this field. I'm having an extremely difficult time trying to find contract agreements on the internet. Can anyone send me a copy of what they have found or one that they use so I can draw up my own? I'm using ArcGIS but am not married to it as far as contract verbiage..
