FBI investigation underway in Tucson after drone flies dangerously close to CBP helicopter

TPD and several other law enforcement agencies were dispatched to the scene. However, the individual(s) who reportedly operated the drone was not located or identified.

I just want to know what batteries he was using to do all that and keep it aloft for over an hour.
They reported its "diameter" 4-6 ft and allude to it being a quad or hexicopter drone. This article seems to have a little more detail :

This was not a standard RFT OTS drone. Someone was doing some testing and forgot (or didn't want) to inform ATC. Our drones don't have the range, altitude ability, or battery life.
