We did a flight, using the Mavic 3E with RTK and the DJI Base, post processed our GCP we shot in with our GeoMax Zenith 60, we used Pix4d. When we post processed we were having issue. We were having up to two feet in discrepancy in our elevations between the points and the data from Pix4d.
Also how do you post process so that the road come out like what you see in contours you can download from the internet.
Please dont say Lidar, we cant afford it.
Any help would be greatly apricated.

There are so many factors but just to make sure I understand, you shot GCP's, used those GCP's in Pix4D processing and you exported point cloud and/or DEM is showing 2ft higher/lower than the GCP values at those spots?

He posted on the Mavic site also.

OP, we need more information.
Where was your DTK setup on? An NGS benchmark? Also what datum and coordinate system were you using including vertical? Ellipsoid, orthometric?

Did you choose the correction datum and coordinate system to include vertical for your image properties?

Finally, did you use just nadir images with no obliques?
