No Video output from new XT Sensor

I just received my new XT 640 sensor. Also recently purchased a brand new M200 V1. I have already flown the M200 with and X4s RGB using iPad mini and Go 4 App. Works great. I was told that I have to use the Pilot App if I am using a thermal sensor. iPad mini and all hardware on the latest version of firmware. Mounted the XT and powered everything up. Gimble goes through startup test and seems to be fine. When I launch the Pilot app, is says not supported. Need to check Manufacturer for latest app version. When I use Go 4 app, I don't get any thermal video on screen. I can control the gimbal and everything else with M200 is working fine. Just no video feed from XT. Any thoughts? Deleted and re-installed Pilot App, and Go 4 app. No luck. Any thoughts?

You will need the Pilot app on a Crystal sky or android device, you can try XT Pro on an iOS device but it is very limited.

Just validated sensor functionality with XT Pro app. Thanks for the help. PS XT Pro is watered down as you said

I personally have never tried it on an official Android Device, the Crystal Sky is what most people use.

Excellent point, I haven't attached my XT v2 to the M210 yet... and didn't really think how the Go3 App for Inspire & XT wouldn't work on the M210 & XT. I hadn't looked and didn't realize the Go4 App wouldn't support the XT.

Does the Go4 App support the M210 & XT2 as the Go3 App does with I1 & XT?
Or did that not get supported either and requires CS tablet too?

Hadn't explored that tangent yet, do any of the 3rd Party Apps support the XT on the M210 in either a single or dual config?
