One-to-One Paid Mentor/Adviser Roles

Hello,

I am looking to do some research. Are there any professional drone pilots who would be interested in becoming paid mentors to prospective professional drone pilots.

For example, a pilot in Denver offers a paid hourly mentorship to someone in Miami who wants to become a professional drone pilot. The payment would be approximately $50 for 1 hour of mentorship.

What are peoples thoughts on this please?

I was saying that I have trained/mentored many prospective operators over the years and it’s a great opportunity to help others and pay forward for those who have helped us.

We do one-on-one and department training but these are hands-on type training.

I’d be very interested in helping to mentor and guide new operators in our industry.
