Phantom 3 pro I'm new. Orange county Help!

Help. I bought a phantom 3 pro from a friend 2 years ago and on second flight crashed from strong winds.

Haven't had extra money for repairing the gimbal but I want to fly even with out a camera.

Irs been two years and I don't even know what app to use to fly it.

Any groups in orange county California that could help teach a poor guy how to fly?
