questions about matrice 210v2

Just got a Matrice 210 and have some questions , I downloaded the assistant program and it won't connect to the drone, and how do you download the video? some of it goes to the usb card and some does not, the camera that is set to main hits the card but other seem to be in some form of internal ram. My best guess is I'm missing something stupid. thanks in advance

Little switch on the back of the drone, turns it to usb mode. Just remember to switch it back when done. Also, what camera are you talking about? Thanks.

The little switch next to the usb port under the cover? I did that and nothing happens, thanks for the reply

Are you using Assistant 2 for Matrice, Version 2.08 in bottom right hand corner of main screen? Drone is powered up? Usb cable supplied is being used? Trying to look for obvious things here....
