If a Part 107 pilot captures video indoors with the use of goggles, is it legal to sell the imagery on a commercial basis?

Are there circumstances in which a video shot indoors - with goggles as the only means of visual reference - exempts you from Part 107 VLOS rules and allows you to sell the content?

ETA: this just in from the FAA.
So I asked the FAA the same question >> email: [email protected] >> directly:.... see below...

My Question: "If a Part 107 certificated pilot captures video indoors using only goggles for visual reference, is it legal to sell the resulting imagery on a commercial basis?"

FAA Response: "The FAA regulates air safety in the National Airspace System. Operating indoors is not within the FAA's purview."

The FAA does not regulate flying indoors.

[edit] I see you heard from the horse directly. Your insurance may or may not cover flying indoors though. Check.
