In Florida the Department of Transportation offers free NTRIP services.
First, create an account. I spent a day figuring out these parameters.
Sign Up - Here - be sure you respond to the validate email.
Then on the controller, go to the RTK Set up section.
Select RTK Service Type. Custom Network RTK
Then in the configuration:
NTRIP Address: 48.223.232.215
Port 30000
Account. user id from registration
Password. Password from registration
Mount Point. NSRS_RTCM3_NEAR
Then in a minute or so status should go from SINGLE to FLOAT to FIX
Standard Deviation should go to like .08, .06, .16
