First one's real big brain stuff. Guy harasses EMTs with a drone and then has the cojones to go and try to get it back from the police later that day.

Second one seems like a gross overreaction, the guy seemingly made it very clear that it is not for surveying purposes and does not offer accurate measurements. This just seems like surveyors bullying the smaller guy because he's taking some of their business. I am interested to hear from more experience people in this field, however.
