This is certainly good news. Flight over people will open up a lot of opportunities.

I have been told it is getting easier to get a part 39 waiver, I'm waiting on an application for UC Merced, but a very restricted one.

I'm just waiting for the regs to change without going through all the hassle of a waiver.
