What happens when a drone gets ingested by an aircraft engine, FAA ready to conduct live test . . .

In case we can see the recordings of the tests, I take popcorn ?

In the end, with these tests, the only thing that is done is to solve doubts. An accident of a UAS with a manned plane can cause the latter to crash? ?

The more information, the better, and so we leave aside pre-assumptions.

Jet engines are huge vacuum cleaners, they will suck up anything in front of them, including people. The real issue is what damage is going happen to the impeller blades. Balance is critical on these blades so it doesn't take much to cause an imbalance and that can eventually tear the engine apart. As for prop driven aircraft, not much I would expect. I hit a large bird on night in our 402 and it cracked the windshield and scared the heck out of me, I'm assuming that bird was probably heavier than the average drone, but that is a guess. Bottom line is the drone is going to be on the losing end.
