CAny time I have fly inside the bounds of an airport I notify ATC of take-off and landing. Many times the authorization will actually request this. I'm surprised yours doesn't.

In the summer when hot the water leaks will appear cold and in the winter vice versa. Farmers with drones do this often to find broken irrigation lines and to look for too much watering in sections.
