Real, legit, bill paying drone business

Thanks for both replies R.Perry. Ill try that number in KC. As far as the travel question, that brings up a few more questions. Depends what type/ how much work, pay, etc. And day of the week, I currently work full time. Weekend work, for the right price I guess I would go up to an hour away.

    Construction Progress Photos

I assume someone will have more technical knowledge than myself, but Ive had to use trial & error. One building I was shooting I assumed I could get about 20-30 feet from it and get a good shot, I actually had to get back maybe 100 feet or so to get a perfect shot.

Real, legit, bill paying drone business

R.Perry, Ive contacted Multivista several times (with info from their site) inquiring about available positions etc and nobody ever replies. I'm curious if they actually do hire drone operators anymore. Seems doubtful.

    Military Training Routes

Ill have to read up more on that, totally misinterpreted that. I thought that was an MTR.

    Military Training Routes

Question, how is a 2 digit MTR interpreted? I have one over my house that says V10-12 (not VR). The only thing Ive ever seen are helicopters, just recently. Arrow is where I am in image.

Russian drone flight to 33000 ft

This probably isn't so much a regulation as a lack thereof. Anyone on the forum from Russia? Apparently Russia doesn't have max height limitations? This Guy Flew His Camera Drone to 33,000 Feet

Ive been struggling with that too Michael. I started out with the same as you, but I'm starting to thing this sounds/looks better: FAA Licensed sUAV Pilot

    Possible upcoming remote ID regulation

What are peoples thoughts on this topic? Article with details: Who's That in the Sky? FAA Poised to Move Forward With Drone ID Rule | The Recorder Ill just quote the main point of the article as that sums it up pretty well- "The Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) is poised to announce...

Formula for best shot of a tall building

I can understand that completely. Ive already spent countless hours sitting at the computer manipulating photos/videos; after less than an hour of flying.

    App comparison/feedback

Mike, Just to be clear, I wasnt discounting the value of Dronifi at all, it just seemed like it was more for a team of people (sUAS pilots), but maybe I'm wrong. Your explanation adds alot to it. I would be interested in a webinar sometime. It would be beneficial to actually see some examples...

    Time line Construction

Thanks! Things like that are some of what I need to learn, Ive never had any interest in sales or been any good at it; that HAS to change now. I have some thoughts in mind for this.

    Time line Construction

Im sure its a very good possibility you're right Al. I'd say the only thing maybe in my favor is that I dont think the business is as developed in my area as it is in some other areas. But as you said, they may have someone already from out of state etc. Never hurts to ask I guess, and I know...

    App comparison/feedback

I agree, Ive been thinking of this in every possible scenario and it does sound like a great product, I just think its way too much for only myself. I also wonder how it would cut into the profit margin, although I think I could figure that out with more research.
