I have had issues with my M210 RTK V2 and have called/emailed my supplier many times....with no response. Yes, I think I know who your supplier is and I would like to call them out also. IM me and let me know who they are. I definitely won't be using them again.

So, once again, I wasted my time after my Matrice 210 V2 RTK did not want to connect to RTK after an update! I'm so frickin PO'd. How does DJI manage to have a working product one moment that then doesn't work the next but they make you do the update or it won't take off! I'm just at my whits...

Since downgrading and upgrading back to the latest firmware, I haven't had this issue again....But I definitely make sure and start the drone away from interferences like vehicles (tried starting from on top of the tonneau cover with no luck) and then make sure the back switch is in the correct...

All good points. I get that it's clearly marked and I bought it knowing it had these issues. I probably would buy it again as there is no one with an rtk drone like this machine, that isn't fixed wing, for the price it sells at. When that elusive drone comes out, I will buy it when this...

Are you using Assistant 2 for Matrice, Version 2.08 in bottom right hand corner of main screen? Drone is powered up? Usb cable supplied is being used? Trying to look for obvious things here....

Little switch on the back of the drone, turns it to usb mode. Just remember to switch it back when done. Also, what camera are you talking about? Thanks.

This was my first experience with a)finally getting a waiver from the FAA to fly in a restricted zone, and b)having to go through DJIs crap of a procedure. Again, I don't need a private company to restrict me, just the FAA thanks. Obviously I learned how to better approach this for next time.

210s have been falling out of the sky?! How many and why? mine has been pretty solid.

Also, this was in a restricted zone. Basically they are telling me I can't fly there with their drone....So who has a better drone, or solution, for $20,000 that can compete with the capabilities of the matrice 210 V2 RTK that isn't fixed wing and no geofencing?

So who can compete with DJI on features/cost? I wish there was a US company that could. Although, I think most will be like DJI with geofencing... So my next question is, what did I do wrong on this? Is the process just broken or was it me?

DJI Matrice 210 RTK V2, 3 hour waiver in place, requested and received clearance (for the first time) on DJI's website, map wouldn't update and I couldn't take off.....This whole process is BS....I am a licensed pilot and shouldn't have to deal with this BS...
