Developing projects

I have gotten my 107 and starting to compile example projects. This one is using trial Movavo software for slide videos from stills. The trial watermarks are on this sample. Comments? I know the Kenny G sounding audio may be a bit much.

I understand this is a test project - a test of your editing or a test video to see if a real estate office would be interested in this type of video? There seems to be repetition of the shots ie the traffic intersection. If it is a test for a real estate company once you did the neighborhood shots I would get closer in shots of the (hypothetical)property being offered for sale IMHO.
