This local course has been trying for nearly 10 years to get some drone footage done of their course. Due to the proximity of a regional airport and the course being in the zero grid area of their airspace it was a nightmare to even get someone on the phone to listen to the pitch. The B4UFLY had them incorrectly listed. Nearly a month of back and forth with the airport ATC administrator, the FAA and an eventual phone conference with the FAA I was finally able to secure a 2 week window to fly below 100' between heavily restricted timeframes. I've done paid work for about a year now, but this one I am proud of just on the amount of effort that went into even getting my drone off the ground.
