An actual DSP or Pilot Contracting Network? There's a big difference. In my experience just do your own thing and supplement by joining every PCN you can. To get hired by an actual, established DSP will require a lot of experience and/or specialization and certifications. They are also usually buddy-buddy so if you're not a buddy good luck Buddy.
