So I received my pilot's card in the mail. On the back it has a rating # and a limitations #. What is that??

I believe it is a carbon copy of other FAA certificates such as a Private Pilots Cert. My Private Pilots Cert has my ratings listed as Airplane Single Engine Land, if I had a Seaplane rating it would be listed there also.

The Limitations would be if you had certain medical conditions or special reasons why you could or could not do something.

At this point I do not believe any of those impact the Remote Pilot Certificate.

Also the # to the right of the "XII Ratings" is actually your cert #.

Congratulations! Great job getting your license and taking a positive step in the right direction. Welcome to the community of Licensed Drone Pilots and Operators.

It’s been said before but bears repeating: It’s a License to Learn. You’ve achieved a benchmark and a foundation to build on. Now build a strong house.

Again....Congrats!
