Who has used the new portal? Is it a faster approval process for authorizations or still the 90+ day wait?

I have. 'Under Review' - submitted about 2 weeks ago.

It's the same people doing the approvals as before (for now). Basically it's a new coat of paint on the front of the building with the same workers etc inside.

I've not seen any improvement in request turnaround. It does look sleeker, but requires the same information.
