Has anyone included the FAA logo on their website? If so, how do you get permission from the FAA to use it?

Boy, was I wrong! Sorry about that- Guess the main thing they’re worried about is misuse of it by someone intending to make something look official when it hasn’t been authorized by the FAA.

Yes many people have done this. Most of them eventually get a Cease & Desist letter.

As already noted you don't. The FAA does not allow any 3rd party use of their logo. Never will. Heck those of us who work with the FAA can't use it on our own unless it's an FAA provided document.
