Flight Plan and Preflight Documents

Do any of you guys fill out Preflight and/or Flight Plan documents prior to flying? If so, would you mind sharing them? Please attach a Word, Excel, or OFF to make it easier for others to use.

I am particularly interested in seeing if anyone does DJI Go settings checks prior to flying. The reason I am curious is because I have read that some settings get changed after firmware updates and some settings could be "flight/mission dependant".

I don't fill out flight plans, but here is my pre-flight checklist that I do for mission planning. I use the same one for manned and unmanned flying so some of it doesn't apply. It still forces me to check everything though.

The only thing I set from the paperwork into the app is the minimum height for Return to Home. In the app, I verify all normal, receiving telemetry and video feed, no errors from the compass, and GPS shows green.
