Fly safe update?

So I just updated my p4p after ignoring the fly safe update for a little while, well went to fly and within ten minutes I’m having gimble issues ( disconnected), and than later on a rth is triggered due to loss of single, drone was maybe 50 ft away and maybe 60 ft high? Any thoughts....prior to the update flawless flights each time
