Hello from Wilson Lake on the Tennessee River in Alabama. I didn't plan on going into business and only wanted to study the material to learn all I could plus I found it very interesting. I knew, however, if I passed the 107 it would free up some areas that I couldn't fly as a hobbyist in my area. I began studying and didn't take any online courses. I only studied the FAA Material plus anything else I could find on YouTube etc. I passed my 107 on December the 1st. I still don't call myself a commercial drone pilot not having what I would call a commercial drone. I would, however, not refuse any $ if someone wanted to pay for any product I could produce. I am looking forward to learning more in this forum from those pilots that DO make a living with their drones.
