Inspire 1 Pro compass connector 2nd connector

I have fitted a FPV camera and transmitter on my drone for dual controller operations. This is run off a battery slung under the existing airframe. Somewhere I found details of useing the unused connector next to the compass connector at the front of the drone for power. (image attached and red line points to connector). Having searched the forum I am at a loss where I saw the info.
Can anyone shed any light on whether the voltages/power are suitable for the camera and transmitter from this connection or any other method of using the TB47 / 48 batteries.
