Looking for a Drone Pilot in Greenville SC for a fun project

I'm the GM at the Hyatt Regency Hotel in Greenville, SC. We have a large atrium. Guests on occasion, lose their ballons to our ceiling. We need a drone that can pop ballons or cut them from rafters. Picture attached.

Yes, seriously. I'm new to the hotel, but, I was told that a person with a drone which had a tool attached, use to do this for the hotel a few years ago. I'm searching for that person.
