I teach a thermography course at a university (I basically modeled it after a level I certification course, in the hope that it will become one someday). I feel confident in my understanding of thermal imaging and application, but lack real-world experience as I've only been teaching it in a university setting. We have hands-on modules where we do UAS residential inspections, solar panels, flat commercial roofs, and electrical substations, and if there is anyone who does professional inspections in one or more of those areas who would be interested in either a Zoom guest lecture or providing me with example data or something you could share with some tidbits of expertise, I'd love to talk!
I didn't think of coming on here until the semester is almost over, so the next time this information would be useful for a class would be around March-April 2027.
